There are a few that have said they will be around to help all day, I have already entered your name in signup genius in the open, applicable spots.
Some of you will be moved as needed to other positions depending on the help we need during the flight.
If you are helping out in the morning, please be at the school by 8:30 at the latest, otherwise please show up for your assigned time. If there are any additional donations for the raffles, concessions, or for the hospitality room, please bring them tonight if at all possible.
Please wear a mask while inside the building!
Archers please wear your 2022 Archery shirt and jeans/khakis with no holes while you are helping out.
If you are signed up to work later in the day but are able to be there earlier or are able to stay beyond your scheduled time the extra help will be greatly appreciated.
The first flight on Friday is at 7PM and the last starts at 9PM. The first flight on Saturday is at 9AM and the last starts at 5PM. Concessions, Raffles, and Admissions will be closing at 5:30PM and the Lane Officials and Announcers will be done at 6:00PM. We are planning for awards around 6:30PM.

If you have a dish or snacks/drinks you would like to donate for the coaches/hospitality room please bring that Thursday or Friday (13th and 14th) between 6:30-8:30. Any additional donations are welcome!
We have had a few people offering to donate additional baskets or items to raffle for the tournament and that is greatly appreciated! You can bring it to the school during any practice or if we need to meet with you outside of practice we will make that happen as well.

The Bullitt East Annual Tournament will be on January 13th, 14th, and 15th this year as the calendar has shown for some time now. Since it is right around the corner, it is now time to outline how things will go and what we need of you:

We hope that everyone had a good Christmas and an awesome start to the new year. With practice starting back up tomorrow we want to make sure everyone is healthy and ready to return!
Also, with our tournament coming up in 2 weeks we will need a lot of help! On Tuesday we will have a list for what each archer needs to bring in (hotdogs, buns, drinks, ect.) and a link will be sent out to sign up for the various positions needed to run our tournament.
These positions will be listed with how many we need of each and the time we need you for. These will only be needed for Friday night and during the tournament time (9am - 6pm) Saturday January 14th and 15th. You will not be there the whole day unless you just want to, a couple of hours from everyone makes a world of difference!
